In the Food Area, you'll find a wide and authentic range of dishes designed to please every palate. Local pro loco groups and community associations bring it all to life with passion and genuine flavours straight from the region.
On the menu, you’ll find all the festival favourites – think juicy burgers, classic sausages with sauerkraut, crispy chips, and traditional pizzas. But that’s just the beginning. There are also plenty of local specialities like strangolapreti with butter and sage, carne salada, handmade gnocchi, and hearty goulash soup.
New for this year: the official Bike Festival signature dish, created by Michelin-starred chef Peter Brunel: Poached egg, fermented lemon, trout roe, creamy potato, and crushed Bleggio walnuts. A perfect blend of creativity, local flair, and feel-good food.
