Less waste, more respect for the environment
Whether you are a visitor or an exhibitor, it's important to know how to dispose of waste in the right way. Throughout the event, from initial set-up to final dismantling, there will be several ecological areas throughout the Festival grounds.
If you are a visitor, you will be able to separate your waste at each ecological area by following the directions on the information panels.
If you are an exhibitor, the organizing staff will provide you bags to use during the days of the event, and at the end of each day you will have to place the filled bags outside your stand; the next morning the dedicated staff will deliver it to one of the ecological areas.
With the help of digital tools then we will try to limit the use of printed paper as much as possible, using QR codes and online communications whenever possible.
