Saturday: 10 AM – 7 PM / Open Night 6 PM - 10 PM

Monday, April 28th, 2025 – Wednesday, April 30th, 2025
Security:
The expo area will be guarded by a security service from 7 pm till 10 am. Any liability is excluded.
Costs:
Booth rental: €110.00 per square meter
Security flat fee: €350.00
Waste disposal flat fee: €100.00 - €300.00
Electricity flat fee (optional): €250.00 - €350.00
Water flat fee (optional): €200.00
Internet flat fee (optional): €120.00
All prices are subject to applicable VAT. VAT does not apply to companies not based in Italy.
Registration:
Registration for exhibitors at the Bike Festival Riva del Garda 2025 is exclusively online. The deadline for registration is January 31st, 2025.
